Data Protection
We respect the laws of data protection and therefore inform you:
Personal data
On our website, personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected on a voluntary basis, such as by sending an e-mail.
Personal data are all data that allow an inference to your actual identity, such as your name, your address, telephone numbers, your e-mail address, etc..
The use of the website with information, offers and services is always possible without providing personal data.
We keep the data you provide us with for the purpose you have specified (receipt of information, newsletters, etc.) and treat the data confidentially. You expressly agree to this by sending us data. You can request information about the stored data at any time and we will delete your details immediately at your request.
- You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter by writing to us. This information is also included in all newsletters.
- You can also register independently for the blog or delete the entry by re-entering your e-mail.
- If you unsubscribe, your e-mail address will be deleted immediately.
- By sending information for inclusion in internal mailing lists or participation in internal online study groups, you agree that this information may also be shared with other members. This information will not be passed on to third parties unless required by law. We will also delete this information immediately at your request.
For technical reasons, the data you give when sending an e-card has to be stored in a data base. It is not used for any other purpose and won't be extracted from there. Other personal data will not be stored by our website, except for technical parameters declared as such (IP address, browser system, etc.), in anonymised form.
Anonymous data collection
Our website automatically saves general information in the background (i.e. without registration), which is not personal or used. Store the web servers used with their logs and statistics systems (if transmitted by your system):
- Your browser type / version of the operating system used
- the page you visited before (referrer URL)
- the host name of the accessing computer (IP address, possibly in an anonymous manner).
- the time of your server request
- the website you have accessed
- the amount of data sent/received in bytes
This information is stored exclusively for the purpose of technical security of the website, administration and statistical evaluation of our website. It will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be deleted regularly.
No external codes
We have not included any external code from Facebook or other similar providers on our pages that could access your data.
We cannot accept any responsibility for cookies from third parties (previously visited pages / social media platforms) that register visits to our site.
We do not use Google Analytics in connection with our website.
If you come to us via the Google search, it is possible that Google has previously stored a so-called cookie on your computer. The IP address transmitted by your browser in this context is not merged with other data from Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your browser software, but you may then no longer be able to use all web pages without restriction.
General information
We hereby point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. at Internet account points, also with SSL encryption or communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. An absolutely complete protection of data from appropriation by third parties is not possible.
We assume no responsibility for pages to which we link from our Internet presence.
No adhortatory letter without prior contact and request for adaptation / omission etc. will be accepted by us.
We expressly declare to act legally and in conformity with competition, consumer protection and data protection laws in every respect. Should an external body come to the conclusion that this is not the case selectively, we will gladly accept information and will check its implementation promptly and, if legally necessary, implement it immediately.
